425gms (15oz) Stahly’s Haggis

6 tablespoons whisky

Cream to top

METHOD

DIVIDE HAGGIS INTO 6 RAMEKIN DISHES. PLACE IN OVEN OR MICROWAVE UNTIL PIPING HOT. REMOVE AND ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF WHISKY OR DRAMBUIE® TO EACH DISH AND ADD A SWIRL OF CREAM.

SERVE INSTANTLY. THIS MAKES AN EXCELLENT STARTER TO A MEAL.
