The Haggis – Carriage Details

Stahly Quality Foods regret that for reasons mainly connected with import restrictions, there are limitations on sending haggis from Scotland to certain countries.

Regulations and restrictions are continually changing and, therefore, the following list is neither exhaustive nor conclusive and should be used as a guide only. If there are any doubts, you should always check with your local customs office for clarity. As per our terms and conditions, all customs clearance is the ultimate responsibility of the customer and Stahly Quality Foods will not be held responsible for delivery failure.

We cannot currently send to the following countries:-

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South America, Thailand, North Korea, South Korea.

 

UK Mainland
Orders over £25 – FREE
Orders under £25 – £3.95

Isle of Man, Isle of Wight
and Channel Islands All Orders – £25.00
Other UK Islands, and Northern Ireland
All Orders £15.00

Europe (EU) All orders: £18.00

Europe (non EU) All orders: £25.00

EU Islands All Orders – £40.00

Rest of the World Per order: £40.00 consignment charge + £2.50 per item

Delivery:

Delivery to mainland UK – please allow up to 5 working days.
Delivery to UK islands and Northern Ireland – please allow up to 10 working days.

Delivery to Europe (within the EU) – please allow up to 5 working days.
Delivery to Europe (outwith the EU) – please allow up to 10 working days.

Rest of the World – please allow up to 10 working days.

For orders outwith the EU please check with your local customs office to ensure that there are no import restrictions on our products in your destination country. Customs clearance is the responsibility of the customer.

General:

A confirmation of your order will be sent by e-mail on receipt of the order.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the actions of Royal Mail or any carrier used to deliver or return our goods.

Returns:

Goods may be returned within 7 days.

On receipt of returned goods in a saleable condition, a full refund will be made for the cost of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Any delivery charges on the original order will not be refunded and an administration charge of £5.00 may be applied.

Statutory rights are not affected.
