Patandi Teacher Training College for the Blind. Some of the equipment supplied by Kirkcaldy Rotary Club to create a full library of braille and talking books.
Thanks to generous donations, they can now produce these books themselves. This library is used by teachers in schools throughout Tanzania to educate blind and partially sighted children.
