6 tablespoons whisky
Cream to top

Divide
haggis into 6 ramekin dishes. Place in oven or microwave until
piping hot. Remove and add 1tablespoon of whisky to each dish
and add a swirl of cream. Serve instantly. This makes an excellent
starter to a meal.
Serves 6.
